What shirt brand do you print on?
All Shot of Henny tees are printed on the District Clothing brand unless otherwise stated. Shirts are available in Unisex and Women’s Relaxed fits.
What size should I order?
Depends on your preference! If you’re a woman ordering a unisex shirt, you should size down for a slimmer fit. Sizes range from XSmall – 4XLarge in both Unisex and Women’s Relaxed fits.
How are your shirts printed?
Our shirts are printed via direct to garment using Kornit machines, which are the gold standard in the industry.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system, Stripe. We transmit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. We also accept PayPal.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 5-7 business days. Most orders are received within 7 days of ordering. International orders usually take longer to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 7-10 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail, which means you’ll get your order in 2-3 days after it is shipped. International orders are shipped via APC and the average time is 8-14 days depending on the country.

Yes! You will be provided with a tracking number once your package is shipped, so keep an eye on your email!
How much does shipping cost?
All orders indicate shipping at time of purchase. It is usually $6-$8 for domestic US shipping and a touch more for international.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your package has been marked as shipped and/or tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost includes failure for delivery due to business closure, incorrect customer address, and all other things beyond our control once the item has been shipped.
Orders WILL NOT be reshipped once tracking information has been provided. If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact your mail carrier.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for damage during shipment because we have no control over shipment once it leaves our facility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Every product is printed to order. Therefore we cannot process size or color exchanges. If you have questions about sizing, send us an email for questions before ordering.
If you received a defective item, we’ll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
All of our shirts are printed at the time of your order. We do not have a warehouse or inventory of t-shirts. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order.
